The Latina line is a smoky, but slightly powdered look. This technique is great for mimicking your everyday smokey liner. This is done with a mixture of 2 colors to define and enhance the lash line. Can be done with or without wings.
Color refreshing is possible if you have already had your permanent eyeliner with us. In addition, the permanent make-up must still be visible and not completely faded.
